Pedro Barros Mercadante Oliva |

Holds a degree in economics from Universidade de São Paulo and a master’s degree in finance from the University of Cambridge. He also participated in the leadership development program at Harvard Business School and Executive Negotiation Workshop at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. He previously was a partner of Leste Management Company, where he worked in the private equity and real estate divisions. He also gained experience in the development of large urban and real estate projects in São Paulo and was one of the founders of an institute focused on the urban development of the metropolitan area of São Paulo.

Mitre Realty’s CEO since 2008, has post graduation degree in Finance from LSE (London School of Economics) where he also studied Economics and Philosophy. Completed the Owner/President Management Program (OPM 47) of Harvard Business School. He has worked in large investment banks in Brazil and London, such as HSBC, BNP Paribas, Macquarie Bank and Credit Suisse, acting as an analyst for real estate companies and participated in important IPOs and transactions in the Brazilian real estate sector.

Rodrigo Cagali |

Holds an MBA in Corporate Finance from Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGV). He worked for 6 years in the treasury department of Construtora OAS, having participated in several structured transactions for the company, such as important capital raisings in the Brazilian capital markets, bond issuance, exchange, BNDES financings, among others. He joined Mitre Realty in 2012 and now serves as CFO and Investor Relations Officer.

Civil Engineer graduated from Universidade de São Paulo in 2014, completed in 2019 the Program for Leadership Development – PLD28 at Harvard Business School. She joined Mitre Realty in 2013 as intern of New Business and today is Director of the same area.

Marcelo Alejandro Williams |

With a degree in Economic Sciences from the University of Buenos Aires, Marcelo was an executive at Unilever for more than 20 years, holding the position of Vice President of Human Resources LATAM. He is currently a non-executive member of the Boards of Directors of the Simões Group and Simbra Holding, having also worked at the O Boticário Group and the Ocrim Group.

Guilherme Affonso Ferreira |

Holds a degree in production engineering from Escola Politécnica USP, having also studied economics and politics at Macalester College in the city of St. Paul in the State of Minnesota. He is the managing partner of Teorema Capital, where he has worked since it was founded in 2003. He is a member of the board of directors of the following companies: Arezzo (April 2011 – present), B3 (April 2017 – present), Bahema (October 2017 – present), M. Dias Branco (April 2019 – present), Valid (2010-2017, April 2019 – present) and T4F (April 2013 – present), each of which is listed on B3. Previously, he was a member of the board of directors of Petrobras (2015 – 2018), Unibanco (2007 – 2008), B2W/Submarino (2006 – 2009), Gafisa (2011 – 2018), SulAmérica (2010 – 2019), Banco Indusval (2011 – 2014), among others. He has also served on the council of the charity Instituto de Cidadania Empresarial.
