Mitre Realty’s CEO since 2008, has post graduation degree in Finance from LSE (London School of Economics) where he also studied Economics and Philosophy. Completed the Owner/President Management Program (OPM  47) of Harvard Business School. He has worked in large investment banks in Brazil and London, such as HSBC, BNP Paribas, Macquarie Bank and Credit Suisse, acting as an analyst for real estate companies and participated in important IPOs and transactions in the Brazilian real estate sector.

Holds an MBA in Corporate Finance from Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGV). He worked for 6 years in the treasury department of Construtora OAS, having participated in several structured transactions for the company, such as important capital raisings in the Brazilian capital markets, bond issuance, exchange, BNDES financings, among others. He  joined Mitre Realty in 2012 and now serves as CFO and Investor Relations Officer.

Graduated in Civil Engineering from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie, has more than 20 years of experience in the real estate sector, acting as Statutory Engineering Director for Cury Engenharia for the last 9 years (2011-2020), in addition to prior positions at Sinco Engenharia, AGH Assessoria e Construções and Namour Incorporação e Construção.

He worked for 20 years at Lopes, where he started as a broker and reached the position of Director. Over the years, he has received  awards from Champion Broker of the Year, Champion Superintendent of the Year and Champion Director of the Year. He has a solid background and knowledge of the real estate market. He has been part of Mitre’s team for 3 years, initially as Sales Director and then as Commercial Director.

Holds a bachelor of law degree from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie and has also obtained a specialization in Real Estate at Fundação Armando Álvares Penteado – FAAP. He has more than 13 years of experience in the real estate industry, having worked in large real estate companies, such as Lopes Consultoria de Imóveis and Brookfield Incorporações. He joined Mitre in 2018 as Legal Manager and now holds the position of Chief Legal Officer.

Civil Engineer graduated from Universidade de São Paulo in 2014, completed in 2019 the Program for Leadership Development – PLD28 at Harvard Business School. She joined Mitre Realty in 2013 as intern of New Business and today is Director of the same area.

Business manager graduated from PUC-SP, with Executive MBA from Insper, Post-graduation in finance from FGV-SP. She was a Sell Side Sr. Analyst at Citibank, covering homebuilders, malls and properties. Previously she worked as IR and Treasury Coordinator at Tenda, 4 years with Financial Coordinator at Urbplan, as well as 10 years of experience in companies from other sectors.

Holds a degree in economics from Universidade de São Paulo and a master’s degree in finance from the University of Cambridge. He also participated in the leadership development program at Harvard Business School and Executive Negotiation Workshop at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. He previously was a partner of Leste Management Company, where he worked in the private equity and real estate divisions. He also gained experience in the development of large urban and real estate projects in São Paulo and was one of the founders of an institute focused on the urban development of the metropolitan area of São Paulo.

Mr. Cordes has worked in the financial markets for more than seven years, including at Banco BBM SA, a company which belongs to Mariani Group, in the commercial area with a focus on middle-market and corporate financial services. Currently, he is the Vice Chief Executive Officer of Aguassanta Participações S.A.

Holds a degree in production engineering from Escola Politécnica USP, having also studied economics and politics at Macalester College in the city of St. Paul in the State of Minnesota. He is the managing partner of Teorema Capital, where he has worked since it was founded in 2003. He is a member of the board of directors of the following companies: Arezzo (April 2011 – present), B3 (April 2017 – present), Bahema (October 2017 – present), M. Dias Branco (April 2019 – present), Valid (2010-2017, April 2019 – present) and T4F (April 2013 – present), each of which is listed on B3. Previously, he was a member of the board of directors of Petrobras (2015 – 2018), Unibanco (2007 – 2008), B2W/Submarino (2006 – 2009), Gafisa (2011 – 2018), SulAmérica (2010 – 2019), Banco Indusval (2011 – 2014), among others.  He has also served on the council of the charity Instituto de Cidadania Empresarial.

Graduated in Business with enphasis in internacional trading at Universidade de São Paulo in 2000, and in 2006 postgraduated at USP. From 2010 to 2015 occupeid the position of Financial and Adimistrative Director, and later on General Director. Was Director at Hospital dos Olhos and since 2018 works as Dicrector at B3 Empreendimento Imobiliário.

Since 1997 acting in the audit and consulting segments in local and multinational companies. He has experience in several segments, highlighting the segments of real estate and heavy construction, had been responsible for working in the main companies of the sector in Brazil. He participated in the process of initial primary offering (IPO) of several companies, as an independent auditor or specialist of Capital Markets and works in the Ibracon Developer Working Group. He has bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Economic Sciences.
